My son has an apartment in one of their houses, while in school. Since moving in we have been pleasantly surprised with the way the property. We are especially impressed with the prompt response to maintenance calls and the communication from the maintenance staff. We are also impressed with their policies in regards to the behavior of the tenants.

I lived in one of the Hillwood Villas historic houses for over three years. Loved the convenient location walking distance to downtown and the charm of the neighborhood. Hillwood always took care of my needs, any issues with the house, and communicated promptly. I enjoyed the experience with them so much that I moved into one of their properties when I moved to Nashville. Thank you to the great maintenance and office staff who always took my calls and fixed my problems. It is so nice to live in a place with staff who pay attention to the needs of their residents with patience and courtesy. I can’t thank you enough!

I lived here for 2 years and it is my favorite place I have lived by far. Monty and Seth, on maintenance, are not only incredibly kind but also quick with anything you need fixed. The communication from management and maintenance was phenomenal. The staff at Hillwood Villas cares about their tenants and does a great job of making them feel safe! I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and apartments at Hillwood Villas. I absolutely loved living here!
